PLEASE NOTE: Wool toys are best suited for gentle players, and not intended for heavy chewers. The natural wool smell can make this material irresistible to pets – but as these toys aren’t reinforced for durability, they are not well suited for dogs prone to chewing.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not entirely managed by us since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and the storage. The actual inventory can change at any moment. Be aware that your order will be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
To be eligible for a return the item must be in good condition and in the same state as you received it in. You must have the item in the original packaging.
