Tailr Pet offers a modern solution to a classic problem – identifying your pet if they should get lost.
Tailr’s easy-to-use tags use simple-to-scan QR codes to link your pet’s new ID tag to a profile that you create online. If your pet were to be lost, anyone with a mobile phone will be able to scan their tag to access their profile, and alert you that they have been found.
It’s a simple idea with a big reach! No monthly fees or special devices are needed ; you simply order a Tailr tag for your pet (offered in Classic hanging tags, or a slim-line Slide version), and create their online profile (see sample profile in the images below).
You can share relevant information like health, behavior, grooming, play, and food that might be helpful if you pet is found, or to their carers – dog walkers, vet, pet sitters, etc. Each time someone scans their tag, you’ll receive a notice as to when and where your pet’s tag has been scanned.
Tailr tags are just as easy to set up as they are to use :
- Step 1 : Purchase your tag (Classic or Slide)
- Step 2 : Set up your pet’s profile by downloading the Tailr app on your device and follow the prompts.
From there, anyone who scans the tag will be able to alert you if your pet was found, and see the information that you have listed.

Large Classic Tag
- Measurements: 1.14” x 1.25” x 0.12”

Please note : Tailr tags include the engraved Tailr name on one side of the tag, and a custom QR code on the other side. They are not able to be custom engraved.

Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing period depending on the item.
Before shipping, we will inspect thoroughly the items you've ordered. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3-7 working days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not entirely managed by us since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and the storage. The actual inventory can change at any moment. Be aware that your order will be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
To be eligible for a return the item must be in good condition and in the same state as you received it in. You must have the item in the original packaging.
