Sizes are the length of the dog in inches from the base of the neck to just before their tail. Our note : You may need to choose 1 size down from the measurement of your dog’s collar to tail…ie, if they are 16″ from collar to tail, you may want to choose the size 14 for a slimmer fit. Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not entirely managed by us since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and the storage. The actual inventory can change at any moment. Be aware that your order will be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
To be eligible for a return the item must be in good condition and in the same state as you received it in. You must have the item in the original packaging.
