Once you’ve ordered, we recommend having your dog try their new boots on inside the house first, on carpet or rugs before giving them a spin outside. All returns or exchanges must be unused, and any items worn outside cannot be accepted.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not entirely managed by us since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and the storage. The actual inventory can change at any moment. Be aware that your order will be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
To be eligible for a return the item must be in good condition and in the same state as you received it in. You must have the item in the original packaging.
