Sizing : Measure your dog from the base of the neck to the base of the tail as shown in the illustration. Always choose the next size up if the measurement is near or over the maximum range in the smaller size. Also choose the next size up if your dog has a thick coat, broader chest or wider underside.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not entirely managed by us since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and the storage. The actual inventory can change at any moment. Be aware that your order will be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
To be eligible for a return the item must be in good condition and in the same state as you received it in. You must have the item in the original packaging.
