PLEASE NOTE: This is not a medical product nor are we giving medical advice. This fabric mask is not a medical grade mask and no carbon filter is included. Due to the nature of the product, masks cannot be returned or exchanged.

Immediate ship items will be shipped within 1 business day. Regular store items are shipping on a delay, with shipments typically being processed around once a week. Immediate ship items can be mixed with store items, but will ship separately.

Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing period depending on the item.
Before shipping, we will inspect thoroughly the items you've ordered. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3-7 working days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not entirely managed by us since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and the storage. The actual inventory can change at any moment. Be aware that your order will be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
To be eligible for a return the item must be in good condition and in the same state as you received it in. You must have the item in the original packaging.
