She started Ava’s Pet Palace at 8 years old because she recognized the need for healthy pet treats made with quality and tasty ingredients. As a dog and a cat owner herself, Ava believes that every pet owner should have the option to buy organic and natural pet food that prioritizes the health and wellness of their four-legged friends.
Ava hand-cuts each cookie (with a little help!), bakes in small batches, and sends them out to the pets of the world with love.

These are all-natural, preservative-free treats, so can be refrigerated to keep them extra fresh, though it is not necessary. These can also be frozen, then thawed at a later date. No corn, wheat or soy.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not entirely managed by us since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and the storage. The actual inventory can change at any moment. Be aware that your order will be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
To be eligible for a return the item must be in good condition and in the same state as you received it in. You must have the item in the original packaging.
