Chilly creates hand knit wool sweaters made in South America, following all Fair Trade guidelines. All sweaters are handmade and vary slightly in color and pattern.
The thoughtfully knit design allows for a fit that hugs dogs comfortably around even larger chests, or slimmer hips, to avoid “caping.”
Washing Instructions
- Sweaters are 100% Wool and can be machine washed, gentle cycle in cold water.
- Do not put sweaters in the dryer, lay flat to dry
- May also be hand washed or dry cleaned

- Small :: 10-18 lbs
- Medium :: 18-28 lbs
- Large :: 28-40 lbs

Before shipping, we will inspect thoroughly the items you've ordered. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3-7 working days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not entirely managed by us since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and the storage. The actual inventory can change at any moment. Be aware that your order will be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
To be eligible for a return the item must be in good condition and in the same state as you received it in. You must have the item in the original packaging.
