You’ll want to select a collar size that is approximately 1” larger than the size of your dog’s neck. The collar size listed is measured end to end lying flat. When measuring your dog’s neck, always add the two finger rule so the collar isn’t too snug.
Sizes 10-14 are crafted two ropes that are each 1/4″ in diameter, and Sizes 16-24 have two ropes that are each 3/8″ in diameter.

Please note, these collars are not adjustable, so measuring your dog’s neck first is crucial in determining the correct size.
You’ll want to add 1-2″ to your dog’s neck measurement to select the correct size. Ie, if your dog’s neck is 13″, you’ll want to select the Size 14.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not entirely managed by us since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and the storage. The actual inventory can change at any moment. Be aware that your order will be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
To be eligible for a return the item must be in good condition and in the same state as you received it in. You must have the item in the original packaging.
